Reservations

  • Do I need a security deposit?

    Reservations are only made once the full rental balance has been paid. A security hold of $300 is required over the phone or at the time of your rental. You can and will be billed for any damage and repairs caused by the operator.

  • How do I know if my reservation went through?

    If you checked out and were brought to a confirmation page, your reservation went through! To confirm, you should receive an email and a text confirmation once your reservation is booked with a link to our safety video and waivers. Please watch with all riders!!

  • How do I pay for the entire booking?

    The booking is paid for at the time of your reservation online. This does not include your card hold in the case of damages.

  • Do I need to sign waivers?

    Yes, our waivers are to ensure customers are using safe riding practices and understand the risks that come with aquatic sports. They are made available to sign in person before your booking period begins.

  • Policy for minors

    All minors older than 16 years of age can accompany as a passanger of a user 18 and older. 

    Riders under 16 years old may only ride with a parent or legal guardian

    Only riders over 10 years of age are permitted.

    Parent or legal guardian must be present to sign waivers for any passenger under 18

  • Do I need to watch the safety video?

    Watching the safety video is a Jet Ski Indy requirement for your safety. Failure to do so will result in reservation termination.

  • Can I cancel my reservation?

    Reservations can be canceled for a partial Rrefund if Peek Protect is puchased when you book.  

    Reservations canceled within 24 hours of your rental time will forfeit your rental payment.

    REFUNDS ARE NOT MANAGED BY JET SKI INDY.

  • Can I reschedule a rental booking

    Yes! You can reschedule a booking using the confirmation email sent when the reservation was made. If no dates are available, that is reflective of our availability. Rescheduling/ cancellations close within 24 hours of your scheduled booking

General

  • What can I bring?

    -Sunscreen

    -Water

    -Drivers license

    -A card to put on file for damage hold

  • What should I not bring?

    -Anything you don’t feel comfortable bringing can be left in your vehicle

  • How early should I arrive for my booking?

    Please arrive 15 minutes before your booking to allow time to go over additional safety training, paperwork, and to leave a card on file.


  • What if I return my jet ski late?

    Please allow time to return your jet ski(s) before your rental time ends. Late returns may result in additional charges.

  • Requirements to Rent

    Must be 18 or older with a valid drivers license

    Must have a card on file damage hold

    Must fill out all waivers

    Must watch safety video and take safety quiz

  • Passenger requirements

    16 years and older may accompany as a passenger of an operator who is 18 years or older

    Children 10 and older may accompany as a passenger with a parent or legal guardian 25 years or older

  • Do I need to wear a life jacket?

    Life jackets will be provided by Jet Ski Indy representatives. Must be worn at all times!

  • Maximum number of riders

    2 adults

    1 adult and 1 child
